Overview
Kymata is hiring skilled GenAI Engineers to join our development team. You’ll focus on building and maintaining our AI native application, ensuring usability, high performance and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain the Kymata application, including content, backend services and APIs.
Optimize application performance and scalability to support a growing user base.
Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring seamless functionality.
Implement security measures and best practices to protect user data.
Translate marked and customer requirements into product and technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
Understanding a broad range of building block types — such as prompting techniques, agentic frameworks, evals, guardrails, RAG, voice stack, async programming, data extraction, embeddings/vectorDBs, model fine tuning, graphDB usage with LLMs, agentic browser/computer use, MCP, reasoning models.
Familiarity with Google Cloud.
Experience with event-based systems and RESTful API development and integration.
Understanding of version control systems like Git.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
